（2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement measures for reserved quotas, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in government procurement, and support policies for SMEs: This project is specifically for procurement from SMEs, and no price discount benefits will be applied to the products of SMEs during the evaluation process.

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3.1具备建筑工程施工总承包三级或以上资质；具有有效期内的安全生产许可证；拟派项目经理具有建筑工程专业二级及以上注册建造师资格；
3.2本项目不接受组成联合体响应。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3.1 Possess the qualification of Grade III or above for general contracting of construction engineering; hold a valid work safety license; the proposed project manager shall have the qualification of registered constructor of Grade II or above in the construction engineering major.
3.2 Joint ventures are not accepted for responding to this project.
(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
