(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3.1具备建筑工程施工总承包三级及以上资质；具有有效期内的安全生产许可证；拟派项目经理具有建筑工程专业二级及以上注册建造师资格；
3.2本项目不接受组成联合体响应。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3.1 The bidder shall hold a Class III or higher qualification for general contracting of construction engineering; possess a valid work safety license; and the proposed project manager shall hold a Class II or higher registered constructor qualification in the construction engineering specialty.3.2 Joint ventures are not accepted for this project.
